Fine details, shading, 3D images and HD printing are all achievable at Mats Nationwide. Colours are permanently dyed into the carpet pile using a digital printer and then treated with an exclusive stain stopper to prevent colour loss.
Rather than just print on the surface of the mat, colours are deep-dyed into the high twist nylon carpet pile to make sure the design remains prominent for years to come.
Once the design is printed, the mat is cut to size before the rubber backing is then applied along with the border using a specialist heating process.
We then get the printed mats packed and ready to ship to the customer.
